How do I submit my warranty?

Scroll up and just submit your name, email and amazon order ID is all. Once you click "SEND", we receive the submission and it stays in our records. Yep, that's it, super simple!

How long is the warranty for?

The warranty is up to 180 days from the date of purchase.

How can I get in contact with your team?

What is NOT covered with the warranty?

Theft or loss of the product, damage caused by improper use, damage from an unauthorized repair, product is not genuine, a replacement product.

Do I get a replacement or a refund?

You get a replacement for the same product you purchased, brand new in its original packaging, straight to your door!

How can I find my amazon order ID?

Step 1: Log in to your Amazon account and click “Your Order”.

Step 2: Click “Order details” on the order for the product.

Step 3: You will see your order ID next to your purchased date.
